When you grow up helping your father maintain multiple family-owned rental properties, an affinity for the construction industry takes deep root. Even while attending high school in Pittsburgh, Mike’s first job was building custom residential homes. After graduation, he relocated to Charlotte, where he majored in construction management at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. An internship with a world-class general contractor introduced him to commercial construction as he contributed to the Superblock Project in uptown Charlotte. This led to a seven-year appointment as project manager for a large nationwide contractor, allowing him to develop a deep and rich industry knowledge extending from the job site to the executive suite. He worked on projects crisscrossing the country in multiple sectors including aviation, commercial, corporate, data and technology, higher education, hospitality, and interiors.
Encompassing field and office perspectives, Mike’s comprehensive experience includes early planning and design, preconstruction, detailed execution and comprehensive project oversight. Bridging hard-wrought practical experience with entrepreneurial drive, Mike deemed 2020 to be the ideal time to inaugurate his venture and realize his dream for a construction company of uncompromising quality.
